BSP ADAPTERS

For the BSP sv60 adapters series the connection is mechanical and it is realized on a 60° conical seat. The fittings are obtained in part from extruded bars in part from moulding.

DIN ADAPTERS

With the series of ISO 2353 8434-1/DIN adapters a mechanical joint is realized with the aid of a cutting ring. It is possible to quickly realize pipings that can be easily dismantled avoiding welding, threading and flaring operations, thus simplifying the realization of complex hydraulic systems. During the tightening the ring deforms along the bore of the 24° cone of the fitting and enters into the steel pipe, producing two incisions and ensuring the tightness and unthreading of the ring from the tube.

JIC ADAPTERS

The SAE J514 Sv. 37° series is mainly used for high pressure hydraulic connections as it ensures a perfect seal system. Looking at the various regulations and use advices (maximum working pressure, torque), the adapters of this range may fully tolerate stress due to vibrations or to sudden changes in working pressure. The range has been designed to be used with working pressures up to 350 bar.

ORFS ADAPTERS

SAE J1453 ORFS adapters series is used in high pressure fluid-dynamics connections. In addition to the thread, the seal is given by a flat surface with a seat for O'Ring that ensures absolute tightness. The O'Ring is made of nitrile compound, suitable for the temperature range between -20°C +120°C.
